Required Competencies:
- consulting experience in consultative selling, knowledge of end-to-end sales
process, in-depth customer knowledge
- planning ability to develop and qualify customer strategies and plans for
business growth
- technical effectiveness: possess high level knowledge of telecommunications
products and services
- personal effectiveness: possess advanced level of self motivation and
management, problem solving and innovation, ability to work effectively with and
through others, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Education / Experience
- four year bachelor degree in related area, advanced degree a plus
- 3 or more years of experience selling in a competitive environment
- prior training / experience in data, voice, wireless communications, selling
skills, and proposal generation
- certifications in product/equipment are an advantage
- demonstrated success in sales, sales support, and/or sales management roles |
