| This position will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the software/hardware requirements for all call center Telecom systems including Aspect, IVR and NICE. Key functions will include managing all data within the Telecom systems for all sites, which includes analyzing, developing, programming and maintaining the various telecom applications. Involves analyzing and making necessary recommendations to improve the efficiency and functionality of the telecom applications, participating in projects related to enhancing/upgrading call center technology to ensure business requirements are met, and developing supporting telecom reports to track overall queue and agent performance. |
