Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the network forward and return.
Knowledge of computer software programs including DOS, Microsoft office, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with all levels of employees
and various external customers.
Skill to operate personal computer.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to operate company vehicle and driver?s license in good standing.
Ability to solve problems and prioritize work loads.
Verbal and writing skills at management level.
Ability to handle job activities that are complex and broad in scope.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years Plant Maintenance experience, and a minimum 3
years supervisory experience is preferred, or 8 years for previous leadership
