Job description:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the primary function of this role is to assist in the efficient management of the HR Department and effectively support employees within all Divisions of the company. Responsibilities:
* Provide consultation to other members of management and employees in relation to HR practices and policies and establish and maintain the function of the HR team in context of legal implications and commercial enhancement.

* Ensure comprehensive investigation and sourcing of Third Party Suppliers (ie: training companies). Formally review performance of suppliers and implement a Preferred Supplier status.

* Understand the business of the client, to conduct the role as pro-actively and pre-emptively as possible.
Required key skills and experience:
* A background of experience within the IT or Telecommunications environment would be preferable. .
* Five years of related experience, with the potential to manage staff. This role may be suitable for an individual ready to progress to an HR Management function.
* Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
* Generalist experience is essential and/or specialist knowledge of training and development
* In-depth knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and knowledge of employment law are required.
