Responsibilities:
Assist management in the execution and implementation of the Global Services plan for each assigned account.
Proactively identify/generate key players contacts to develop business and relationship, cultivate and expand relationship in order to gain full knowledge of the large companies and organizational structures IDT is dealing with.
Proactively develop relationship with Key Mobile Operators for partnerships including MVNO and distribution.
Report progress on proper execution and performance.
Manage the development and implementation of Global Services plans, standards, guidelines and initiatives in coordination with all operational, commercial, and administrative departments of IDT.
Prepares when it applies strategic meetings and periodical update meetings with each assigned account in coordination with management and commercial teams for growth, strategic and performance assessment agenda.
Monitor proper coordination with administrative and commercial IDT task force.
Provides continuous assistance to commercial and administrative team members of the company using the Global Services resources to enhance revenue and profitability according to plan and day-to-day agenda.
Work with commercial team to identify needs and provide assistance with each allocated account to manage crisis, handle disputes and propose resolution plans.
Researches and analyzes market trends and data allowing to develop business and prioritize proactive efforts to develop growth with each allocated account.
Participates in the conception of the Global Services Plans and contributes to the growth of each account with creative input and continuous research.
Prepares proposals and documentation to support specific business growth within the assigned accounts. |
