provide high quality sales services to Mobiltel’s corporate customers
determine and prepare individual mobile and Internet solutions according to customers specific needs and requirements
consult corporate customers and present the advantages of the new and existing company products and services
collect, process and keep strictly customers data and documentation
make plans and business profiles of corporate customers
provide regular reports on accomplishments and sales results
Requirements:
university degree
previous sales and customer service experience is a must
excellent computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
English language – written and spoken
customer-focused and result-oriented attitude to work
ability to react promptly and adequately in stressful situations
excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
proven negotiation and presentation skills
organized, responsible and collaborative personality
driving license and readiness for traveling in the region |
