Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is the lead user-facing resource within our Solutions Delivery Group. Performs requirements gathering, training and testing during the project phase. Leads in documentation efforts and requirements gathering related to: business processes and mechanical workflows, network technologies, network devices, non functional requirements, Systems Security, mapping of source for data migration, etc. Prepares gap analysis and participates in training documentation and delivery.

Favored candidates will have IT networking or Telecommunications experience from a business and technical perspective, experience with relevant telecom BSS/OSS applications and familiarity with System Integration and Data Migration methodologies. An understanding of the full software development life cycle and the ability to gather and understand customer requirements is preferred.
