Professional Expertise:

Position requires high level of Telecommunication Skill Sets.
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent is recommended.
Good knowledge of the relevant Network elements
Ability to use protocol analysers and interpret communication protocols. Open trouble tickets and escalate to Global Product Support and design


Technical skills

Good:
Specific technical understanding for the equipment to be commissioned and integrated
Ability to follow NTP or DTP procedures.

Detailed technical understanding of the relevant NN wireless Network Element(s) Microsoft Office suite and Corporate tools (e.g. Nortime, SAP..)

Fair:
Nortel Networks wireless product portfolio and their typical applications
GSM, GPRS, CDMA and UMTS Network architecture, the associated Network Elements and
their functions
