Contact Center Team Leader
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for answering customer’s inquiries, responding to complaints and building up customer loyalty to increase customer satisfaction on shift basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming telephone inquiry’s in less than three rings and accurately answer at least 90% of inquires.
Appropriately forward customer inquires requiring special assistance or escalation.
Keep up to date with MobiNil products and services offering
Report out of pattern inquires as appropriate to next level of management.
Accurately record all details of customer inquiry for statistical and analytical Purposes.
Provide an appropriate respect and understand the tools, & materials utilized within other departments
Fully understand both individual & company objectives to achieve them effectively & efficiently.
Positively contribute in up selling of products & Value Added Services to maximize company revenue
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
One year in a similar position is preferred
Skills and Abilities
Mastery of both written and spoken English is a must
Capable to work under pressure
Analytical Skills.
Superior Customer Handling Ability (via phone and in person)
Computer literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Listening skills.
Calm and self-confident.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Mature with a sense of responsibility and ownership
Extremely flexible and able to work on shift basis. |

Sr. Manager, Recruitment
Purpose of the Job
Full time Permanent Position
Handle staffing activities for new hires
Administration of the Performance Management System (PMS)
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as an interface with a number of MobiNil departments to carry out all recruitment activities for permanent & temp openings
Discuss and understand departmental hiring needs with MobiNil hiring managers to prepare aggressive recruitment programs to meet their hiring needs according to the annual headcount budget
Apply various search channels to receive and screen CVs, then conduct structured interviews with the potential applicants
Play a key role in administration and support of the performance management system
Communicate with job applicants to notify them with employment consideration
Responsible for updating and producing quarterly validated organization charts for concerned departments within his/her area of responsibility
Regularly update the recruitment site on MobiNil intranet
Prepare monthly progress reports on the status of the recruitment activities to the recruitment manager
Prepare personal profiles (evaluation) for the applicants after being interviewed
Develop and update the job descriptions and get the proper validation on quarterly basis
Handle requests for internal transfers and do all necessary procedures accordingly
Ensure proper implementation of the recruitment policy and procedures
Play a key role in administration and support of the performance management system (PMS), the CV Archiving System, and the Organization Structure module
Education
Bachelor’s degree; additional study in HR is a strong asset
Experience
4 Years experience in the field of Human Resources, 2 of them are in Recruitment
Experience with HR computerized systems is preferable
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Mastery of both written and spoken English is a must
Mature with a sense of responsibility and ownership
High degree of business sense
Strong planning and organization skills
Highly flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Provide legal advise on all legal issues
Represent the company in front of legal and governmental authorities
Duties and Responsibilities
Advise management in drawing up and negotiating agreements.
Provide legal advise to the different managers / departments on various legal issues.
Draft, comment and negotiate various types of agreements with involved stakeholders to the best interest of MobiNil.
Manage and co-ordinate with external law firms regarding the cases they handle.
Liaise with external consultants and supervise their work.
Research and conduct studies on legal issues arising in conjunction with operations.
Prepare the monthly legal reports on development of litigation and ensure that preparation of such reports is timely and efficient.
Represent MobiNil before the various legal authorities.
Ensure proper execution of and compliance with legal practices to support the different business operations.
Advise his peers in the area of lawsuits to establish and verify basis for legal proceedings.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Experience
5 - 7 Years experience in corporate legal environment
Experience with drafting contracts
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Strong written and spoken English is a must
Mature with a sense of responsibility and ownership
High degree of business sense
